Potato Head Bali is a worldwide populair bar located in Seminyak . It has three restaurants, three bars, an infinity pool and a large lawn. All overlooking the Indian Ocean with one of the best sunset views of the island. The open-air designed structure by Indonesian architect Andra Matin – features an iconic facade of colored antique shutters, collected from across Indonesia. Their program of parties, exhibitions and installations includes both local and international DJ’s, musicians, artists and architects.

Fresh and approachable, the food is made to order using fine, local ingredients. Inspired by our chefs’ travels around the world, each dish is simple, stylish and full of flavour. Our eclectic menu spans seafood sharing platters and simple bar bites to nostalgic desserts, designed to please the stomach and the soul.
The casual dining areas accommodate anything from poolside snacking to elegant meals overlooking the ocean. An award-winning wine list and tropical conscious cocktails complement our food offerings.

RESTAURANT KAUM //
The restaurant, called Kaum, serves authentic Indonesian food.
The eclectic menu is a result of deep research across the country and reflects the indigenous cooking methods, native ingredients, and traditional flavours of Indonesia’s tribal communities.

The first restaurant in Indonesia to follow a zero-waste philosophy, Ijen proudly serves fresh seafood caught locally using a hand-reeling process in a spacious environment built from recycled materials. The daily selection of wood-fired fish is complemented by a range of creative plant dishes—like roasted cauliflower with keluwek tahini, pickled tropical fruits and grilled bean salad—as well as our signature conscious cocktails, in which the spirits are made in-house and the ingredient by-product is reused whenever possible.
While all food remnants are sent to our own nearby composting site or local farms, the menus are printed on sustainably harvested paper and bound to boards made from recycled truck tyres. The dining area is comprised of furniture made from foam offcuts and recycled wood, the floor is poured from a mix of broken plates, glasses and cement, and the lighting is LED—all working towards our evolution to become a waste-free, circular brand.
PIZZA GARDEN //
Potato Head Beach Club’s upper-level restaurant deck features a leafy, laid-back garden serving Neapolitan pizzas and punchy cocktails. Designed to be shared and eaten with your hands, the wood-fired pies are topped with local cheeses, high-quality cured meats and the ripest Indonesian farm produce.
